On my “deviantArt” page, I mentioned that I would one day post some of my favourite artwork here! These images are linked from deviantArt, where I usually post my original artworks. In no particular order…

Drapery Folds : An exercise done in my grade 9 art class. The outline was traced but I shaded it in. Sadly I lost my original page and never got to complete it.
Seamstress : An old pencil sketch on a relatively small piece of paper, hence the poor quality. As I was drawing, my little cousin watched and gave his input. His creative mind resulted in the addition of the cat and the frog. No reference used.

(Colourful) Music : To be honest, I’ve created many artworks named “Music”. This is my first digitally coloured drawing and I was very proud of it. Now… not so much. It still remains one of my personal favourites, though. Drawn with marker and then scanned and coloured using a computer program. Photoshop, I believe. No reference used.

Hibiscus : Some of these “official” titles differ from the titles I provided on deviantArt. As you may notice by now, I don’t have a signature art style, it varies as much as my name signature (Look at them all! I’ve got like, what, 27 and counting?). I enjoy experimenting with and combining a variety of styles (and signatures). This one was drawn by hand with pencil and then edited in Photoshop. No reference used.

Dude : Yes, it’s called “Dude”. Excuse me for my lack of creativity. This is one of my rare successful drawings of guys. But he looks fake.
No reference used.

Brand : (Hey, at least it’s not called “Music”!) A small pencil sketch with the contrast edited on the computer. And oops, there’s a deviantArt watermark ahahaha. No reference used.
Swoosh : One of my absolute favourite creations of mine, ever! A pencil sketch on a scrap piece of paper (some dark parts from the other side of the paper showed through). No reference used.

Banana Boat : (A photo of) a painting I did in grade 10 art class, I think I was using acrylics. We had to create a surrealistic piece including some of the objects from the display in front of us. Some reference used.

Symmetry : This was done on my rather small 3.7-INCH DISPLAY. I downloaded the app called Sketchbook Mobile onto my phone. I used the mirror feature, so whatever I drew on one side was horizontally mirrored on the other. No reference used.

Shadows : I’m particularly proud of this one, a pencil sketch with the usual “no reference used”. After uploading these, I do go back and occasionally fix my drawings. Some of my drawings now look slightly different on the original.
Hands : A photo of a page in my grade 11 art class, which started last week. We did 2 pencil exercises of drawing our hands, one holding a spool. I have trouble darkening my drawings so I upped the contrast for you guys

Strawberry Ball : Last but definitely not least, my STRAWBERRY BALL! I drew this 2 days ago, and, uh, yeah. I don’t usually enjoy working with coloured pencils. No reference used.
Keep in mind that these are my favourite works and not my best. Thanks for viewing, stay tuned for more!

My favourite of the ones you posted here is “Shadows” – so nice!
And can’t forget this one! Can you believe it’s been almost 3 years now? http://sandranguy.wordpress.com/2010/03/03/my-cousin-flora-drew/
Thanks! and WOW it’s been so long since then. I can’t say that I’ve improved since I still draw like that sometimes
